Mona Muguma Ssebuliba She is a seasoned Chief Executive Officer with extensive experience in strategy execution, stakeholder engagement, and driving high-performing teams. She currently serves as Chief Executive Officer of aBi Finance Limited, where she has led customer-centric strategies that have grown the endowment fund to USD 70 million and mobilised USD 18 million in development financing in support of financial inclusion.
She is a recognised thought leader in green finance and sustainability in Uganda and played a pivotal role in the development and rollout of the ESG framework for financial institutions in partnership with Bank of Uganda and the Uganda Bankers Association.
She serves as Board Chair of Stanbic Properties Limited and the Renewable Energy Business Incubator (REBI), and sits on several corporate and non-profit boards. She holds an MBA from Edinburgh Business School and a Bachelor of Business Administration (Finance) from Makerere University Business School.
