CEO Apprenticeship Program (CAP) 2020 Orientation Recap!

Introducing CEO Apprenticeship Program CLASS OF 2020!

The new CAP 2020 Cohort, made up of the brightest leaders and future CEOs, begun their CAP journey on 28th February 2020 with an orientation at Kampala Serena Hotel.

For the next 9 months, the Cohort will go through a rigorous training across 3 countries aimed at developing a generation of globally competitive, innovative and tech savvy corporate leaders.

The CAP 2020 Cohort was welcomed by our founder and team leader, Mr. Peter Kimbowa, who challenged the new cohort to become the kind of leaders who inspire, care and influence for good.

CAP Alumni President, Mr. Godfrey Byekwaso, was also on hand to welcome the cohort. He stressed the importance of creating and nurturing effective leadership on their journeys to becoming successful leaders.

“When you create networks, are they effective? As Alumni, we plan activities that enhance our learning and value in society,” he said.

We were honored to have Country Director of Strathmore Business School, Stephen Mukasa, to introduce the new cohort to the Program and their CAP journey will entail.

Through our partnership with Strathmore Business School and University Of Cape Town Graduate School Of Business we’ve created an exciting program designed to train industry thought leaders on how to build and grow business in today’s volatile world.
