Godfrey: The program content was aligned with my leadership and career development plan.

Godfrey: With insights from CAP I now have a clear career and leadership plan. I learnt and continue to learn and apply leadership approaches that are transformational and responsive.I have also expanded my networks.

Godfrey: Having a personal plan that addresses both career, family and community goals
