Ms. Marion Atuhura
Ms. Marion Atuhura is a Strategic Management Expert, Certified Accountant, and Transformational Leader with over a decade of experience in organizational leadership, financial stewardship, and institutional strengthening across diverse sectors in East Africa.
She holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) from Makerere University and a Master of Business Administration (Accounting & Finance) from Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University, as well as professional certification as a Strategic Management Professional from the London School of Business Administration.
As the Chief Executive of the CEO Summit Uganda, a private-sector think tank that convenes the country’s top-tier corporate leaders, CEOs, and investors, Marion is passionate about reimagining leadership, driving innovation, and accelerating socio-economic transformation across Uganda and the wider region.
Throughout her career, she has partnered with leading regional and international stakeholders to design and execute high-impact strategies that strengthen governance, enhance operational excellence, and build agile institutions. Her leadership is grounded in financial discipline, strategic foresight, and collaborative execution, enabling organizations to navigate disruption, harness opportunity, and achieve sustainable growth.
